1. Product Authenticity

All our products are 100% raw human hair sourced from verified suppliers. Due to the nature of raw hair, textures and patterns may vary slightly between bundles. 

2. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once they leave our facility. If your order arrives incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

3. Order processing and shipping

*Orders are processed within 3 business days.

*Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

*Delivery times may vary based on destination and courier delays.

*A tracking number is provided for all orders.

Fleur de Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events or courier issues.

4. Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the reshipping fee. 

5. Lost or stolen packages

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, Fleur de Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We recommend shipping to a secure location.

6. Color disclaimer

Because our hair is raw and unprocessed, natural color ranges from dark brown to natural black. 

We cannot guarantee an exact shade match across bundles.

7. International orders

International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties and taxes required by their country.

8. Fraud prevention

All orders are subject to identity verification. Suspicious or high-rick orders may be canceled or delayed until verified.

9. Use of our website

All content on this website including logos, text, photos, videos and product descriptions is property of Fleur de Luxury Hair and may not be copied or used without permission.
