At Fleur de Luxury Hair, we prioritize the safety, confidence and satisfaction of every client. Because our products are raw, unprocessed human hair, they are considered intimate cosmetic items. Once they leave our facility, they cannot be guaranteed as uncontaminated or unused. 

For this reason and in alignment with global beauty hygiene standards we do not accept return or exchanges on any hair products. 

Why we don't accept returns:

Hygiene & Safety: Human hair products are classified as intimate goods. Once opened or handled, the product cannot be verified as sanitary.

Quality integrity: To protect all customers, we cannot restock or resell hair that has left our quality-controlled environment. 

Authenticity standards: We maintain strict raw hair standards; eliminating returns ensures your bundle is always 100% untampered, authentic and ethically sourced.
